RETURN POLICY

At Original T-Shirt Design, we take pride in the quality of our custom-printed products. Since each item is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or for mistakes in sizing or design that were approved by the customer.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items:  We will happily accept a return and provide a resolution if your product arrives damaged, defective, or is different from what was approved in your order. 

Eligibility: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Procedure for Returning Damaged / Defective Items

Submit a claim: Contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or by directly emailing us at:  sales@originaltshirtdesign.com.  Please include Return Request and your Order Number in the subject line of the email.  

Provide details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs or a video showing the problem. 

Receive authorization: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days of request for return by the customer.  If a return or exchange has been approved, Original T-Shirt Design will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and via email within that 2 day period as noted above.  You will also be notified within that same time period if the return has been denied and why via email. 

All approved returns will then be sent back to: Original T-Shirt Design, 11291 Crestline St SW, Beach City, Oh 44608. Returns must be receive within 15 days from the receiving the Return Authorization email to remain eligible for replacement.  

Ship the item: You are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to us using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.

Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item(s), Original T-Shirt Design (in its' sole discretion) will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement or full refund depending on the circumstances.    Customer will be notified within 2 business days of receipt of returned items about the resolution.  Replacements or Refunds will be completed within 5 business days of the resolution decision.
